Families Page

At Venture Academy we understand that careful planning and consideration goes into the transition process for all of our young people. We want to support and guide you in planning the next steps for your young person.

We want to ensure that all our families have the information that they need so they are equipped with a full range of learning opportunities available.

There is useful information on the Warwickshire County Council website about 'Planning for adulthood for those with SEND'. You can find this page here
